    I've been in a moral conflict lately. I used to think that not wanting to be a billionaire and being perfectly content with a simple average life was a good thing. As if I was somehow morally superior for not wanting to rule the world. While this may be true in some aspects, that also makes me a hypocrit. The only reason I am enjoying a comfortable life with all the modern convenience science can offer is because others have scarificed their entire lives building this world. Furthermore, those inventions might have not been possible without a system that rewards them. And so I've come to the conclusion that there is no morality one way or the other.

    I am not a believer. I consider myself agnostic, but a thought occurred to me recently. What if the real stupidity is to believe all of this was an accident? Whether there is a creator or a simulation, which are one and the same as far as I'm concerned, researching our condition amounts to nothing more than a video game character looking for answers.
